We blend creative storytelling with data-driven marketing and AI-powered workflows to help brands grow efficiently and intelligently.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to support the creative production needs across multiple DTC brands. You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead and Ops Manager to design visually engaging assets for paid ads, emails, and social media content.

This role is ideal for a designer who’s detail-oriented, fast-learning, and eager to grow within a high-performance team. You’ll help bring each brand’s visual identity to life while maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and motion graphics for social media, email, and paid ads
• Adapt and resize existing creative assets for multiple platforms and formats
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality visuals
• Maintain organized file systems and version control for client assets
• Support the creation of content calendars and visual templates
• Assist with brand consistency across all client accounts
• Use AI and design tools to streamline production and ideation

Part-time position (20 hours per week)

Must have partial overlap with US hours (6 AM to 2 PM EST / 12 PM to 8 PM SAST)
