Our client is a progressive and registered quantity surveying firm specializing in comprehensive property consulting services. They offer turnkey quantity surveying solutions across both private and public sectors with particular expertise in property development retail fit-outs and construction cost management . Their young vibrant team utilizes industry-leading technology and specialized cost modeling techniques to deliver exceptional results for clients .

Requirements : Education :

  • (QS) degree or equivalent qualification

Professional Registration :

  • Current registration with SACQSP (South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession)

    • Experience :

  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional consulting Quantity Surveying experience
  • Principal Agent experience is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record in property / construction project planning and execution

    • Technical Competencies Required

    Software and Systems :

  • Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite capabilities

    • Contract Knowledge :

  • Extensive knowledge of JBCC contract documentation and full application
  • In-depth understanding of construction contracts and administration
