Job Summary

• Responsible for the renewal of cloud and managed service contracts.
• Assisting account managers and customers with quote generation pricing queries and contract renewal.
• Retaining and growing customer spend in cloud and managed services.
• Develop relationships with internal business areas and suppliers.
• Manage ongoing target metrics.
