PROJECT MANAGER (Construction & Conservation - Onsite, Game Reserve)

Introduction

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee construction and infrastructure projects within their game reserve including accommodations roads fencing and other infrastructure. This role combines technical expertise with conservation-minded project delivery.

Responsibilities include :

Plan manage and deliver construction projects on time and within budget

Supervise contractors suppliers and on-site teams

Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards

Manage budgets sourcing and reporting

Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) 3 years project management experience ideally in eco-tourism conservation or remote environments knowledge of sustainable construction methods as well as proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D or similar. This role requires a candidate with strong leadership problem-solving and communication skills. A valid drivers license is essential.
