Manager, Strategy Analysis

Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street

Overview

To conduct and manage the analysis of BCB Credit's strategic initiatives throughout the various stages of Credit Risk Management, including originations, account management, collections, and recoveries for a designated portfolio, in order to support achievement of targets and strategic objectives while adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification : First Degree

Field of Study : Mathematical Sciences, Risk Management, Quantitative Studies

Experience Required

Credit Risk – BCB; Risk & Corporate Affairs; 8-10 years

Candidates should demonstrate experience working with credit, business, operations, and data teams in a banking environment. Business and Commercial Banking experience, portfolio analysis, or credit risk management skills are preferred. Basic proficiency in legal, regulatory, and compliance is required.

SQL and / or SAS coding experience - non negotiable.
