Senior Support engineer

Our clients in the consulting space are on the hunt for a Senior Support engineer based in the Westville area. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service with notable hands-on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Windows 11 support administration imaging updates and patch management
• Microsoft Intune device enrolment policy deployment compliance management and remote support
• Active Directory user and group management OU structure GPOs password resets and account provisioning
• Networking fundamentals LAN / WAN DHCP DNS VPN connectivity wireless troubleshooting and endpoint connectivity issues
• General end-user support across desktop laptop and peripheral environments

Requirements

Required Skills :

Matric and a tertiary qualification 5 - years experience es a support engineer Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory and remote desktop tools.
