The ideal candidate will hold an HR or related degree, with a minimum of 3+ years of HR management experience and at least 5+ years in a generalist HR role. A strong working knowledge and practical application of labour legislation (particularly the BCEA, LRA, and SDA) is essential, along with proven experience handling CCMA representation. Experience within an FMCG environment or similar is preferable, supported by passion and the ability to implement best-practice HR policies, processes, and procedures effectively.
