Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for bridging business needs and technical solutions? We're seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join a high-impact team driving performance, integration, and innovation across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
Support system integration, testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation
Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot system issues
Contribute to change management, training, and user adoption strategies
Assist in WPF workflows, HTML edits, and API interpretation for business integration

Qualifications

Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Solid understanding of relational databases, ERDs, UML, and data modelling

Experience with SQL scripting, stored procedures, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)

Exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies and system implementation projects

Bonus : Familiarity with WPF, Zendesk, or Splynx

Rewards

Salary range : R600K – R800K CTC p.a.
