Work from Home UX / UI Designer (Part-Time)

Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented UX / UI Designer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and implement changes to enhance the user experience.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and usability.

Apply UX / UI best practices, including usability testing and accessibility considerations.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards.

Work within brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Solid understanding of UX principles , user-centered design, and accessibility standards.

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing .

Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred but not required).

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UX / UI design or a related field.

Experience working in a remote setting is a plus.

Prior experience in designing SaaS products, e-commerce, or mobile applications is an advantage.

Working Hours

Part-time role (approximately 15-20 hours per week ).

Flexible schedule, but availability for occasional meetings during business hours is required.
