Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily centre operations and support overall commercial success

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Lead, motivate and develop a small onsite team (1–5 employees)

Resolve operational challenges proactively and professionally

Conduct tours for prospective clients and secure new business opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, Services, etc.)

Prior leadership or management experience is essential

Confident communicator with strong problem-solving ability

Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills (training available)

Sales-orientated with a relationship-building mindset
