Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for remote roles with UK clients
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across various industries
- Liaise with UK employers to understand their hiring needs and culture
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience and consistent communication
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer stages
- Stay updated on market trends and continuously improve sourcing strategies
Qualifications and Experience
