What You’ll Do
- Launch and optimize campaigns using proven frameworks in Google Ads Manager and Editor.
- Run weekly optimization cycles : negatives, search term analysis, bids, budgets, and ad assets.

- Create Looker Studio reports with clear, actionable insights.

- Use automation tools (rules, scripts, GPTs) to improve efficiency inside existing SOPs.
Requirements
3+ years of Google Ads experience in lead generation (non-ecommerce).Proven ability to manage 20–50 accounts or complex campaign portfolios.Strong command of Google Ads / Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, Slack .Excellent written English for documentation and internal communication.Systems-driven mindset — follows SOPs with precision before innovating.Data-minded — uses metrics and evidence to drive decisions.Local Services Ads optimization and verification.Unbounce or other landing-page builders with CRO focus.WhatConverts or CallRail tracking setup.Experience using GPT prompts, scripts, or rule-based automations for efficiency.Compensation & Schedule
