Job Description
You will :
- Be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site (Highrise Buildings)
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Be responsible for coordinating teams & managing resources.
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
- Maintain accurate site diaries and progress reports.
- Address and resolve site-related queries and concerns.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering.Skills
8+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.Fluent in English and Afrikaans.Good communication skills.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.Familiarity with construction software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).Benefits
