Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Claims Administrator with a solid understanding of working with insurance companies
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with insurance companies and third parties
  • Computer literate and knowledge of claims management systems

Responsibilities :

  • Process and handle all claims efficiently. ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission
  • Manage and resolve traffic fines, ensuring all records are up to date
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to get the best rate for the company
  • Work closely with insurance providers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all claims are handled smoothly
  • Become the contact person for queries related to claims and fines, providing clear and professional communication with all stakeholders
