Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admitted Attorney specializing in Commercial Litigation and Liquidation to join our client's legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations related to commercial litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research, analyze case law and statutes, and provide legal advice to clients
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Manage all aspects of liquidation and insolvency matters, including creditor negotiations, asset sales, and distribution of funds
  • Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings on behalf of clients
  • Stay current on developments in the law and provide recommendations for strategic litigation decisions

Qualifications

  • Admitted ATtorney
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on liquidation and insolvency matters
  • Minimum of 5 Years Post Admission experience
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate legal concepts to clients and colleagues
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven track record of successful outcomes in litigation matters
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
