Key Responsibilities1. IT Diagnostics

  • Accurately diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Investigate and resolve problems using technical manuals and user feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest tech trends through trade publications and seminars.

2. Technical Assistance

  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to users.
  • Assist with software installations and troubleshooting.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use.
  • 3. Data & Documentation Management

  • Maintain detailed records of IT transactions and support activities.
  • Document standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • 4. End-User Training

  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions on hardware / software usage.
  • Empower users with knowledge to navigate systems confidently.
  • 5. Device & System Management

    Software :

  • Test and monitor performance.
  • Hardware :

  • Oversee installations and conduct performance checks.
  • Operating Systems :

  • Execute commands and verify system functionality.
  • 6. Governance

  • Adhere to governance protocols in support processes.
  • Participate in governance committees and contribute to informed decision-making.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or related field
  • Certifications : A+, N+, MCSE (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • 2–3 years in end-user support
