2. Technical Assistance
Provide hands-on support and guidance to users.Assist with software installations and troubleshooting.Set up and configure equipment for employee use.3. Data & Documentation Management
Maintain detailed records of IT transactions and support activities.Document standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and repairs.4. End-User Training
Develop training materials and conduct sessions on hardware / software usage.Empower users with knowledge to navigate systems confidently.5. Device & System Management

Diploma in IT or related fieldCertifications : A+, N+, MCSE (or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of relevant experience2–3 years in end-user support
