Job description

Our clients in the consulting space are on the hunt for a Senior Support engineer based in the Westville area. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service with notable hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

Windows 11 support administration, imaging, updates and patch management
Microsoft Intune device enrolment, policy deployment, compliance management and remote support
Active Directory user and group management, OU structure, GPOs, password resets and account provisioning
Networking fundamentals LAN / WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, wireless troubleshooting and endpoint connectivity issues
General end‑user support across desktop, laptop and peripheral environments

Requirements

Matric and a tertiary qualification

5 – years experience as a support engineer

Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and remote desktop tools
