Our clients in the consulting space are on the hunt for a Senior Support engineer based in the Westville area. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical capability and excellent customer service with notable hands‑on experience.
Responsibilities
- Windows 11 support administration, imaging, updates and patch management
- Microsoft Intune device enrolment, policy deployment, compliance management and remote support
- Active Directory user and group management, OU structure, GPOs, password resets and account provisioning
- Networking fundamentals LAN / WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN connectivity, wireless troubleshooting and endpoint connectivity issues
- General end‑user support across desktop, laptop and peripheral environments
Requirements
Matric and a tertiary qualification5 – years experience as a support engineerStrong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and remote desktop toolsEmployment Type : Full Time
