We’re on the lookout for a talented Commercial Attorney (Associate) with extensive experience in commercial contracting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Ensure contracts comply with legal standards, company / client policies, playbooks, and industry standards
• Identify and assess legal risks associated with commercial contracts and provide strategic recommendations on risk mitigation
• Analyze complex legal issues
• Lead contract negotiations with third parties and deliver optimal outcomes for clients
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking in addressing legal and business challenges
• Work within a collaborative legal team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exhibit excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently
