Discipline Lead – Geometrics (Civil Engineer)

The Discipline Lead : Geometrics is responsible for leading their geometrics engineering discipline within the Transport and Infrastructure sector. This individual provides leadership in people, projects, clients, and business performance, ensuring excellence in delivery while supporting growth and innovation across related disciplines such as Highways, Transport Planning, ITS, and Rail.

The ideal candidate is a technical expert and a strategic thinker someone who can balance engineering quality, client satisfaction, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership & Management :

Lead, mentor, and guide the geometrics design team to deliver high-quality engineering output.

Manage and review geometric designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transport infrastructure market.

Model exemplary safety and quality behaviour, promoting a "zero harm" culture.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile) :

Education : BEng / BScEng or BTech in Civil Engineering.

Geometric design and modelling.

Proven leadership experience in managing road design teams.
