We're currently expanding our field operations team and are looking for a skilled Field Service Automation Engineer to support, install, and maintain our automation systems at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.) at client sites
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and modifications
- Document service visits, prepare reports, and maintain service records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during fieldwork
- Travel to customer locations, sometimes at short notice
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fieldProven experience with automation systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric)Hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the fieldExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
