We’re looking for an Outbound Growth & Automation Specialist to help us build a modern, AI-enabled outbound motion that consistently lands in enterprise inboxes, generates meetings, and improves over time through experimentation.
This role is ideal for someone experienced enough to run independently and hungry to grow into more strategic ownership as they prove impact.
What You Must Have
- Strong experience with outbound sales tools and enrichment platforms (Clay experience is a bonus).
- A quantitative mindset—comfortable analyzing data, running experiments, and making decisions based on results.
- Understanding of outbound sales tactics, including how to reach leaders at large companies.
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, email systems, domain warm‑up, deliverability, and reducing bounce rates.
- Ability to write outbound email messaging and continuously test and optimize.
- Comfortable analyzing SDR call data and identifying patterns in successful conversations.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize outbound sequences and calendars for scalable lead source, enrichment, validation, and tolerance.Execute outbound sequences in instant HubSpot, and Nooks with ongoing experimentation and improvements.Write, test, and refine outbound messaging (emails, call scripts, sequences).Manage domain and email health across multiple domains, including warming, deliverability monitoring, and bounce reduction.Explore new tools for enrichment, deliverability, intent data, and outbound performance.Use AI to analyze recorded calls, meeting data, and email performance to identify repeatable patterns.Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking outbound performance.Monitor KPIs daily and weekly to spot trends or issues early.Surface recommendations for improving conversion rates, reply rates, and deliverability.Support leadership with accurate pipeline and forecasting insights.Partner with Marketing to refine targeting, segmentation, and messaging based on data.Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure campaigns support revenue priorities.Share funnel insights to help improve lead quality and demand generation efforts.Requirements
3+ years in sales ops, growth ops, outbound operations, SDR enablement, or a similar data‑driven B2B role.Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, outbound performance, or funnel health through experimentation and analytics.Strong understanding of outbound KPIs, prospecting methodologies, and email infrastructure.Excellent analytical and written communication skills (especially in outbound messaging).Self‑directed, resourceful, and able to operate with limited control.Experience with HubSpot is required.Preferred
Advanced Sheets / Excel and / or Clay experience.Familiarity with Instantly, Nooks, and other outbound platforms.Experience in SaaS, professional services, or enterprise‑focused B2B sales.#J-18808-Ljbffr
