Role Profile
As HR Business Partner, you will be accountable for building and nurturing strategic business relationships to deliver HR strategy aligned with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and direction to maximise performance and drive sound employee relations.
- Champion diversity and inclusion, develop initiatives to enhance staff morale, and unlock the full potential of our talent pool.
- Strengthen organisational effectiveness by designing tailored structures, embedding functional competencies, and translating climate insights into actionable development aligned with the business values.
- Lead strategic employee relations by managing disputes, union negotiations, CCMA processes, and ensuring compliant, collaborative workplace policies aligned with business needs.
- Drive proactive talent acquisition by partnering with managers to forecast needs, guide equitable hiring, and deliver timely recruitment supported by strategic talent analytics.
- Lead the rollout of functional competencies and support ongoing development programs.
- Contribute meaningfully to leadership forums to drive people agenda, optimise business performance, and ensure cost efficiencies.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous).Minimum 5 years' HR Business Partnering experience within a fast‑paced, matrixed FMCG or related industry.Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence strategic direction.Strong understanding of organisational development, job evaluation processes, and competency frameworks.Experience in change management, employee relations, and talent development initiatives.Experience in a Commerce / Sales environment is advantageous and will support cross‑functional partnering within the business.Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.Willingness to travel regularly within the region as part of the role.Why Apply?
