Job descriptionAI Solution Development : Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Bot Services. Model Building : Develop and train machine learning models using tools such as Microsofts ML.NET, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Integration : Integrate AI models and services with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Data Analysis : Utilize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to improve model accuracy and effectiveness. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions. Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on AI best practices and Microsoft technologies. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, processes, and systems. Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Masters degree or higher preferred. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning development with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, or R. Experience with ML.NET and integrating AI solutions into applications. Familiarity with data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services. Soft Skills : Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven leadership capabilities and experience mentoring junior developers. Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar certifications are a plus.
