Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key industry trends, customer needs, and target audience insights, and leverage this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving online sales, and maximizing conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute content marketing strategies, including the creation of compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and more.
• Oversee the design and development of digital assets, including website design, landing pages, banners, email templates, and other marketing collateral.
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and overall digital marketing ROI.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for digital marketing initiatives.
