Lead Electrical Engineer

Lead and manage the electrical design team to ensure successful project delivery

Collaborate with customers and suppliers to align design requirements

Delegate engineering tasks and manage project timelines effectively

Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications

Conduct design reviews to validate accuracy and feasibility

Perform CAD design tasks, including 3D modelling and 2D drawing creation

Support production and project execution, including mentorship and training

Skills & Experience :

15+ years of post-graduate electrical design experience in manufacturing or heavy machinery

Proficient in CAD design and Product Data Management (PDM) systems

Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer literacy

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities

Proven leadership and team management experience

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

South African citizen, willing to travel internationally as required

Qualification :

B Eng Degree or B Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering
