We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Associate to join our team and help us streamline our recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing processes for both us and clients.
Note : While the position falls under the umbrella of Human Resources, we refer to this role as Junior Administrative Associate .
Compensation : 200 - $400 per month
Responsibilities :
- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment as needed.
