Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations : Support conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Promote positive employee relations through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Investigate and document employee complaints, policy violations, and disciplinary actions.
- Compliance & Policy Administration : Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies.
- Support audits and ensure accurate record-keeping of personnel files and HR data.
- Performance Management : Coordinate performance appraisal processes and track development plans.
- Support managers in coaching and performance improvement discussions.
- Training & Development : Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for staff and supervisors.
- Maintain training records and assist with skills matrix development.
- HR Data & Reporting : Maintain HRIS and ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Generate and analyse HR reports (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, headcount, diversity).
- Compensation & Benefits Support : Assist with payroll inputs, employee benefit administration, and leave management.
- Respond to employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and time off.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-3 years of HR generalist experience; automotive or manufacturing sector preferred.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment.Preferred Skills / Assets
