Duties & Responsibilities

Leading by example, operating with ethics, integrity and professionalism. Taking ownership and being responsible for meeting and exceeding targets. Once progress has been established you will be responsible for mentoring, motivating and leading your own team.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Matriculant
• 1 year telesales experience
• Leadership skills (sales related)
• The ability to manage performance, motivate and coach others
• Exceptional negotiating skills
• Strong people and relationship building skills
