Finance Manager

Hire Resolve's Client in the Security and Risk Industry is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities :

Manage the financial planning and analysis process
Prepare financial reports for management
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Monitor and analyze financial performance
Provide financial guidance to senior management
Manage financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field

Professional qualification (CA, ACMA) is preferred

Proven experience in a Finance Manager position

Excellent knowledge of financial operations and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
