Job descriptionProgram, set, and operate Siemens 3-Axis CNC Milling Machines using Mastercam software Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, job cards, and technical specifications Create and optimize CNC programs to achieve precision and efficiency Conduct first-off inspections and verify component dimensions using measuring instruments Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machine setup to ensure consistent production quality Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in the workshop Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machining processes
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a CNC Milling Programmer / Operator
- Proficiency in Siemens controls and Mastercam programming
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
