Purpose of the Role
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates the brand, drives sales, and deepens customer loyalty. This senior leadership role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative direction, commercial acumen, and strong leadership capabilities to lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead the brand strategy to ensure consistent, premium positioning across all touchpoints
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity in line with business goals and customer expectations
- Ensure cohesive messaging and visual storytelling across all campaigns, platforms, and regions
Integrated Marketing Planning
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans to support retail, e-commerce, and wholesale objectivesOversee all channels including digital, social media, PR, in-store, email, print, and influencer campaignsAlign marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendarsDigital & E-commerce Marketing
Lead digital growth strategies, including performance marketing, SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketingCollaborate with the e-commerce team to increase online traffic, conversions, and customer retentionAnalyse digital KPIs and optimise ROI on digital spendCustomer Engagement & CRM
Develop and optimise customer loyalty, CRM, and retention strategiesLeverage data and insights to personalise communication and deepen customer relationshipsOversee market research and consumer insights to guide marketing decisionsPR, Media & Partnerships
Build and manage PR strategies, media relationships, and brand partnershipsOversee influencer and brand ambassador collaborations that align with brand values and objectivesRepresent the brand at media events, trade shows, and public-facing opportunitiesTeam Leadership & Budget Management
Lead and mentor the marketing team across creative, digital, content, and communications functionsManage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to deliver measurable resultsWork closely with internal departments (sales, product development, e-commerce, retail) to ensure marketing alignment across the businessRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field (Honours / MBA advantageous)Minimum 8–10 years of marketing experience , with at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership roleProven track record of building and growing premium or lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, traditional, experiential, retail)Experience in retail and e-commerce environments is essentialExcellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skillsHighly creative with a strong eye for visual identity and design-led storytellingData-driven, analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and ROIPassion for design, lifestyle, art, or luxury consumer brands is highly desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
