What the job involves
Leading and executing the brand strategy for a dynamic sports betting brand across African and European marketsActing as the brand custodian ensuring consistency relevance and growthCollaborating with creative content and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing campaignsAnalysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesWorking closely with sponsorship PR and media partners to maximise brand impactManaging budgets reporting on performance and driving commercial outcomesOverseeing campaign rollouts across multiple channels including digital social and on-the-ground activationsEnsuring all brand messaging resonates with diverse audiences in Africa and EuropeRepresenting the brand at industry events launches and activationsWhat you need to be considered
5 years experience in brand management ideally within sports betting beverages telco retail (e.g. Breweries Telco Checkers etc.) or a related fast-paced consumer sectorProven experience working on large high-profile brandsStrong understanding of the sports and betting landscape in Africa and / or EuropeDemonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver resultsExcellent strategic thinking communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with brand activations and integrated campaignsA genuine passion for sports is absolutely essential!Ability to thrive in a high-energy all-in-office environmentBonus points if you..
