Typically working within a test team but sometimes required to take sole responsibility for all aspects of testing, the Test Analyst will work with development teams, project managers, end users and other stakeholders to ensure that all testing criteria are fulfilled. The role demands proficiency in quality assurance, gathering requirements, generating test cases and plans, integrating with software components, and providing feedback to the testing organization and other teams. We drive the development of Test Analysts with skills to test databases, APIs, and contribute to Test Automation. Prior experience is valuable but a desire and willingness to learn is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain test plans
• Provide feedback to Development, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Project Management teams
• Schedule test projects
• Conduct risk assessments
• Apply structured test methods and processes
• Perform manual and / or automated testing
• Report test results
