Site Developer / Site Acquisition Specialist – POS25254

Based : Centurion

Salary & Benefits : R12 – 15 000.00 + Bonuses for each installed structure. + Laptop and fuel allowance provided

Requirements :

Fluent in English or Afrikaans.
Own reliable vehicle.
Experience in telecom site development, town planning, or outdoor advertising is essential.
Identify and secure new locations for outdoor advertising structures.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and secure new locations for outdoor advertising structures.

Negotiate lease agreements with potential landlords.

Compile documentation for municipal application processes.

Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth installations.

Travel to scout and assess new sites.
