Job Description
Purpose :
The purpose of this job is to ensure that service standards are met and that customer issues are resolved; this can be achieved through accurate checking of invoices.This will result in securing that an actual item purchased corresponds with the customers receipt, in order to avoid losses.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure that the actual item / s purchased corresponds with the customers receipt ensuring that the correct goods leave the premisesEnsure that the item purchased is correctly scannedKeep record of inter branch salesGreet customers in a friendly manner as they enter and exit the storeMonitor checkout stations (and self-service in stores with this feature) for cashier performance and needs by superiorAvoid duplications of to follow itemsParticipate in perpetual stocktakesEnsure housekeeping of work area according to company standardsPerform any work-related tasks as delegated by SuperiorREQUIREMENTS :
Matric or x3 Completed Intercept courses equating to total of 120 creditsGrade C in security (advantage)2 years previous experience in a similar roleBrights Induction (Service excellence)Internal Procedural knowledgeAbility to take on responsibility, be diligent & handle pressureAbility to work independently as well as in teamPerform duties in an effective and efficient mannerProduct and department knowledgeInterpersonal skillsGood customer skillsCustomer Service jobs
