Business Unit Executive - Steel Industry

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum : Bachelors degree (BCom or Engineering).
• Preferred : MBA or Master's in Business / Leadership (NQF Level 9).
• Minimum 16 years experience, with at least :
• 6 years in operational roles in the steel industry
• 5 years in management
• 5 years in senior leadership
• Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and managing large teams in a manufacturing / process environment.
