Job descriptionVacancies exist for 3x Enrolled Nurses (Paediatric unit), reporting to the responsible Unit Manager. The successful candidates will form part of the multidisciplinary team performing nursing activities ensuring quality patient care. Conduct duties to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all nursing activities carried out comply with SANC regulations, relevant legislations and Company policies and procedures Maintain all health, safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe patient environment Effective utilization of resources Effective maintenance of equipment Accurate record keeping The continued education of patients Build effective relationships with patients, doctors and other medical personnel to ensure quality patient care Qualification as an Enrolled Nurse Registration with SANC Nursing experience in a paediatric ward in private healthcare Ability to work shifts according to the operational requirements of the hospital Computer proficiency would be an advantage Collaboration / Relationship Building Problem-solving, analysis and judgement Resilience Engaging diversity Customer responsiveness Organisational awareness Excellence and quality orientation Ethical behaviour Technical and professional knowledge Adaptability Attention to detail Decision making Medical / Healthcare jobs
