Key roles
- Corporate Health Specialist : attracts, acquires and retains group health schemes by identifying corporate client leads and marketing Momentum Health Solutions to generate new business. Collaborates in the delivery of an integrated Health and Employee Benefits proposition for the SMME segment to support advisers moving into group Health in the SMME segment.
- Employee Benefits (EB) Consultant : supports Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and consultants by providing specialized expertise and guidance on employee benefits-related matters. Serves as a trusted advisor to help internal consultants navigate employee benefits and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
3-year BCom degree in Financial Planning, Investment Management, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Education or Legal (preferred).Honours degree is an advantage.CFA and / or CFP is an advantage.Experience
3 to 5 years’ financial service industry experience, including employee benefits or corporate business development / corporate client services, sales or marketing.Experience in Momentum Employee Benefits is an advantage.Strong knowledge of the Employee Benefits / Corporate Health industry and market, including retirement funds.Proven track record in client and / or IFA engagement, with a practice management background advantageous.Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Retail Business Consultant and Investment Consultant on referrals.Understand target segments, landscape, competitors, events, and critical moments of truth.Build long-lasting relationships with IFAs; move them from non-active supporters to ambassadors.Maintain connection to brand and digital ways of work; contribute to production, business retention and growth of assets.Enable and empower through partnership : position Momentum as a thought leader, understand regulatory impact on IFA practice, develop collaborative relationships, participate in change initiatives, and continuously develop expertise.Contribute to innovation through new ideas and implementation.Influence through coaching and learning : inform and engage IFAs through coaching and regular interactions, understand regulatory impacts, and deliver innovation and excellence in business dealings.Location
