We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. To apply, you should be proficient in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and be able to explain how your solution solves coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc).

Responsibilities

  • Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

    • Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
  • A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

  • Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD.
