Requirements :
- Proven experience in reception or administration (recruitment administration experience will be an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of isiXhosa will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area, welcome visitors, and handle incoming calls in a professional manner.Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data capturing, maintaining spreadsheets, and managing candidate lists.Oversee candidate filing systems and document management.Assist with vetting candidates and coordinating pre-employment checks.Manage correspondence and emails, and schedule interviews and meetings.Provide general office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.Please note : In addition to the responsibilities above, the Employer may from time to time request the Employee to perform other reasonable duties that fall outside this job description, without additional remuneration
