Our U.S. Client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HubSpot CRM & Automation Coordinator to support their team with day-to-day HubSpot workflows and automations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HubSpot who is comfortable setting up and managing simple to medium-level workflows, while being eager to learn and grow into more advanced automations over time.
PLEASE NOTE :
- Working Hours : This role requires you to work EST hours Mon - Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to midnight South African time - subject to change in accordance with daylight savings in the United States).
- You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA)
- Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup : A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages . Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment : This is a fully remote working role.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and manage HubSpot workflows to support marketing, sales, and client processes.Assist with email sequences, lead routing, and nurturing campaigns.Maintain lists, properties, and reports within HubSpot.Support the setup of dashboards and reporting for performance tracking.Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the CRM.Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements through automation.(Future growth) Support more advanced automation projects, including integrations with other platforms.Requirements
1–2 years’ hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and automations (or strong exposure through a digital marketing / CRM role).Good understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and marketing / sales funnels.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable learning new features and growing into more advanced automation tasks.(Nice to have) Exposure to API integrations or technical projects.If you are not contacted within 14 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
