The Role : Senior Electronics Engineer
You will lead the design and validation of embedded electronic systems for advanced tracking technologies used in global sports. This is a hands-on role focused on developing low-power, high-performance hardware while guiding junior engineers and collaborating across disciplines to deliver robust, scalable, and manufacturable products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and validation of digital and analog circuits for embedded systems.
Manage the full hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
Collaborate with mechanical, RF, and software teams to ensure seamless integration.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews.
Apply design-for-manufacturing (DfM) principles and ensure compliance standards are met.
Liaise with suppliers and oversee prototype and production builds.
Conduct comprehensive lab and live-field testing of prototypes.
About You
Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in electronics design for embedded systems.
Proficient in schematic design and PCB layout (Altium preferred).
Strong understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB).
Skilled in debugging and electronic circuit analysis.
Proven experience taking designs from concept through to production.
Advantageous : experience with RF, GNSS, Bluetooth, or UWB; CE / FCC certification; EMI mitigation and power optimization knowledge.
