Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage front-of-house reception, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
  • Maintain a professional, tidy reception and office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to contracts and field service teams, including compiling Safety Files and maintaining complete job documentation.
  • Handle clocking / attendance administration, meeting coordination, stationery and general office management.
  • Support document control, filing, and preparation of pre-job and close-out packs.
  • Assist with office maintenance, stock management and general admin tasks.

Requirements :

  • Matric / Grade 12; Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration, Business Admin, or similar.
  • 2 5 years of reception / office administration experience in a technical or field-service environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams / SharePoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication and customer-service skills.
  • Knowledge of clocking systems, payroll administration and HSE / Safety compliance is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; Afrikaans beneficial.
