Role Overview

At Fireflies.ai, influencers aren’t just distribution and they’re amplifiers of our story. We’re looking for someone who can run influencer campaigns end-to-end while also keeping our social channels clean, active, and engaging. This is a hands‑on role with lots of ownership, perfect for someone who understands creators and lives online culture.

What You’ll Do

• Source, vet, and onboard influencers across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, IG, and emerging platforms.
• Negotiate contracts, manage timelines, and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Brief influencers with brand-aligned messaging and creative hooks.
• Track campaign performance (beyond vanity metrics → clicks, conversions, signups).
• Run experiments : allocate budgets, test creators, kill / scale campaigns quickly.
• Build internal playbooks on what types of creators and strategies drive results.
• Social Media Management – moderate mentions, keep users engaged, plan and run social campaigns in line with overall brand strategy.
