Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholder to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience & Qualification

  • BSc / Master's Degree in Construction Project Management
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in project and site management.
  • Proven leadership and cost-control experience.
  • Must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
