Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly content calendars and make sure all channels (social, paid media, mailers, screens, blogs and more) play together beautifully
- Lead energised weekly planning sessions and keep campaigns, deadlines and seasonal moments running smoothly
- Conceptualise and plan meaningful campaigns with the Marketing Manager, translating big ideas into structured, actionable content roll-outs
- Create clear, clever and complete creative briefs — then load them onto Jira with the precision of someone who loves organization
- Review and quality-check content and designs to ensure everything looks sharp, feels on-brand and hits the mark
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists and designers to ensure messaging, visuals and insights all align seamlessly
- Oversee content flow across touchpoints so nothing feels random — everything connects as part of a strong, cohesive ecosystem
- Track performance across platforms, spotting opportunities and turning insights into better content every month
- Keep internal teams aligned and informed so the entire creative machine runs smoothly
