SUMMARY
A well-know Motor Dealership in Menlyn, is looking to appoint an F&I Manager at a motor dealership.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance process for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
POSITION INFO
- Manage the full Finance & Insurance process with customers purchasing vehicles.
- Present finance options and value-added products clearly and professionally.
- Secure finance approvals through relevant banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly and submitted timeously.
- Maintain compliance with FAIS, NCA, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial service providers, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct credit checks and affordability assessments.
- Accurately load deals and deal files according to audit requirements.
- Upsell value-added products (warranties, service plans, insurance, etc.) to maximize dealership profitability.
- Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team regarding F&I procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service, transparency, and professionalism at all times.
