The Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our team onsite in Port Elizabeth. This role will help bridge support gaps and assist with a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- You have working knowledge of Canva, Zoho CRM and Monday.com
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
