Job description5+ years sales experience (retail / home improvement preferred) Proven track record of excellent customer service Target-driven with ability to work both independently and in a team Strong communication skills written & verbal Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP Solid arithmetic skills and attention to detail Creative flair and design sense Own transport and valid SA drivers licence Minimum education : Matric Well-groomed, professional, and client-focused Able to multitask and meet showroom deadlines ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Consult with walk-in clients in a luxury showroom environment on tiles, taps, sanitaryware, and accessories
- Support new builds and renovation clients by calculating quantities from building plans
- Provide high-end customer service aligned with the Italtile brand
- Prepare quotations and follow up to close deals
- Conduct telephonic sales calls and follow-ups with professionals in the industry
- Assist with showroom maintenance : displays, pricing, POS materials
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
