Manager, Business (Commercial Asset Finance)

Job Overview

Business Segment : Business & Commercial Banking

Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street

This role involves guiding and advising Business Leads, Business Managers, and Programme Managers in implementing and delivering programmes, projects, and initiatives across a Business Area. The aim is to influence the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies, manage trade-offs in the best interests of the function, and track business performance and financial measures to accelerate achievement of strategic business goals.

Qualifications

  • Type of Qualification : First Degree required
  • Field of Study : Business Commerce or related
  • Type of Qualification : First Degree
  • Field of Study : Finance and Accounting

Experience Required

  • Business Management
  • Business Support
  • 5-7 years Commercial Asset Finance experience
  • Ability to demonstrate managing a broad range of projects to completion to meet business objectives or metrics
  • More than 10 years of experience influencing and inspiring teams or business leads in driving transformational change through strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context across multiple jurisdictions.
